We are a general practice firm of Chartered Accountants with a large contingent of Contractors working in the IT industry. This means that not only do we know the financial side of your company, but we also know about the day to day aspects of IT contracting and the reality of running a limited company.

We recognise that many of you work variable hours and are happy to meet you out of hours at no extra charge. Our fee scales are all-inclusive and straightforward - no hidden extras!!

Our practice was formed in 1982 and we have had a special service for computer contractors since 1987.

We are able to provide a comprehensive range of services as detailed below. We can help you for the entire life of your company, including initial formation, processing your monthly accounts, prepare and audit (if required) your annual accounts and even have the company struck off when you have finished contracting.

In addition to our specific Contractor Services, you have the assurance of the backing of a fully independent firm of Chartered Accountants which also provides full accounting services to general practice clients as well.

We pride ourselves in being able to take on the worry and hassle of running your own company and leave you free to spend time on what you do best.
