AGREEMENT WITH ABELL MORLISS
I hereby request you to act as my agents and proceed with the transfer of 10 shares of the company owned by Abell Morliss or their agents I understand that the company is already registered for VAT Corporation Tax and PAYE in accordance with UK legislation all monies due to me under the above contract are to be paid to the company and the fees of Abell Morliss at the rate of 4.5% of the fee income together with an administration charge of £14 per transfer plus any other disbursements deducted prior to payment to me of such expenses salary dividends as I may agree with the company from time to time. Fees not to exceed £250 per month.
Fee payable upon submission of this form £50 including VAT (£10 for the shares plus the start up fee).
