The Chancellor's Budget - October 2021

We attach brief notes on the Chancellor's statement. Apparently his first effort in March 21 wasn't good enough, so he's had another go. What both budgets have in common, is that he upset some people, some of whom he was expecting to vote for his party when election time comes - maybe not the best course of action?
